1. Familiar and rich experience with SNPS EDA tools for RTL2GATE flow, i.e. DCT, Primetime, formality
2. Solid knowledge at FEINT technologies, i.e. synthesis, formality check, CDC, low-power design flow, and STA analysis
3. Good communication skill with people from different countries
4. Good English capability on both writing and speaking
5. Good self-learning capability and team-work spirit
6. Backend design knowledge is plus
7. Tape-out experience is plus
