Title: DFT Engineer
Division: QCT China VLSI
Area: Engineering-VLSI
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
- Scan chain and MBIST insertion;
- ATPG and simulation
- Synthesis and timing analysis
- Work with design and PD team to make netlist delivery on schedule
Skills/Experience:
- Experienced in Synopsys DFT and synthesis tools
- Experienced in Mentor DFT tools
- Familiar with Boundary scan implementation
- Familiar with simulation tools
- Familiar with ASIC design flow
- Familiar with Linux environment, skilled in csh/perl/tcl scripts , experience of Makefile preferred
- Familiar in Low Power design/test
- Good English communication skills both in verbal and written.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor (with +2 years working experience) or MS degree in VLSI area
