Manage Backgrind, Dicing processes, monitor and improve process KPI’s.
Familiar with process tools like FMEA, Lean 6 Sigma, JMP, 8D, process charts like box plot, bar chart.
Exposure to materials/consumables selection and qualification for backgrind and Dicing.
Optimize process capability through monitoring and control process performance indices such as Cpk. to meet operation needs.
Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.

Requirements:

Engineer Industrial Engineering
This position will be located in Singapore.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the industrial engineering needs and establishing/maintaining production tool capacity models.
Accountable for accuracy of the tool inputs used for factory level capacity modeling.
Monitor production tool performance capabilities and work closely with tool owner and manufacturing performance improvement plans.
Ensure execution of tool CIPs to support committed short term & long-term capacity expansion plans. Communicate productivity requirements to Operations and drive commitments for closure.
Drive & report tool availability & UPH gap closure to commitments on a timely manner.

Requirement

Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science. Other Engineering discipline will also be considered.
3 years' relevant experience in Semiconductor industry with understanding of capacity modeling and capacity/cycle time trade-offs.
Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving skills and high proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project).
