Responsibilities:

• Build Best-In-Class (BIC) Analog & Power technology.
• Define Analog & Power technology roadmap. Co-work with product line management and market segment teams on product roadmap. Lead benchmarking exercises on Analog & Power technology. 
• Define technology specs and drive for solutions to meet Analog & Power technology roadmap.
• Lead and manage Analog & Power Technology Development teams.
• Support Analog & Power customer engagements. Collaborate with Customer account and field engineering teams. Front customers on product design win. Lead Analog & Power product prototyping and bring lead product ramp to production.

• PHD / Master in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years industry experience with at least 10 year experience in analog & power technology development.
• Good knowledge in Analog & Power devices (BCD, HV, power mosfet, Analog).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Good presentation skills - influential presentation to executives.
• Possess open altitude and cooperative personality to work with cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals of project success and excellence. 
• Foster mutual trust and respect with the internal development team, partners and customers.
