1. Responsible for Wet Etch area equipment (Wet Bench, Spray Solvent, Spin Rinse) high level trouble shooting that ensures production running smoothly.  
2. Set up PM, strict implementation and regular monitoring the result.
3. Set up and support spare parts management.
4. Comply with all safety, quality, and IP requirements, and continuously look for further improvements.
5. Provide job related training for technicians. Take responsibility for building and improving the technical strength of the maintenance team in mechanical/electrical areas.
6. Equipment move in, installation, and acceptance.
7. FAB operation (installation commissioning, excursion handling, Pump replacement) standard management.
8. Tool or chamber hardware modification and rebuilding.

3、負(fù)責(zé)濕法刻蝕（Wet Etch）設(shè)備維護(hù)體系的建設(shè)與設(shè)備整個(gè)生命周期管理；
4、負(fù)責(zé)濕法刻蝕（Wet Etch））設(shè)備備件與耗材管理；
5、負(fù)責(zé)濕法刻蝕（Wet Etch）設(shè)備PM文件，異常處理文件，開(kāi)關(guān)機(jī)等文件的撰寫(xiě)；
6、負(fù)責(zé)配合工藝，完成新工藝開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)備改造及參與良率提升；
7、負(fù)責(zé)保養(yǎng)成功率提升，機(jī)臺(tái)保養(yǎng)人力/手法優(yōu)化，保養(yǎng)失敗原因分析等；
8、協(xié)調(diào)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃實(shí)施，溝通協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)排程/工程部門(mén)及安排設(shè)備維護(hù)人力執(zhí)行設(shè)備保養(yǎng)，保障機(jī)臺(tái)能順利生產(chǎn)；
9、附屬設(shè)備 Move  in，裝機(jī)進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)，殘件追蹤，設(shè)備驗(yàn)收，駐廠(chǎng)廠(chǎng)商FAB作業(yè)（裝機(jī)調(diào)試、異常處理）規(guī)范管理；
10、領(lǐng)班/技術(shù)員管理：各組日常事務(wù)及出勤狀況管理，對(duì)保養(yǎng)技術(shù)員進(jìn)行A.B.C三級(jí)技能認(rèn)證，績(jī)效考核；
11、車(chē)間管理：負(fù)責(zé)所屬保養(yǎng)區(qū)域6S管理，工治具管理。

任職要求：
1. Familiar to the structure and working principle of the Wet Etch and Wet Clean equipment.
2. Independently complete equipment routine and difficult PM.
3. In depth understanding of electronics, heating and chemical solution system.
4. Strong hands-on ability, communication and coordination ability.
5. Independently put forward the feasibility and technical plan of rebuilt machine platform and carry out it.
6. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., can output summaries, reports, other documents skillfully.
7. Fluent in written and oral English.
8. Experience in process development and equipment management in 8-12 inch Fab is preferred;
9. Not limited on above mentioned.
1、有5年以上半導(dǎo)體FAB刻蝕（Wet Etch, Wet clean等）設(shè)備維保養(yǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、對(duì)濕法刻蝕（Wet Etch, Wet clean）設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)&工作原理熟悉，常見(jiàn)設(shè)備故障處理&設(shè)備常規(guī)PM均可獨(dú)立完成；
3、較深入了解設(shè)備的電子電路，化學(xué)溶液危險(xiǎn)品的應(yīng)急處理及水電氣路系統(tǒng)；
4、深入了解設(shè)備的真空、電子及水電氣路系統(tǒng)；
5、極強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠獨(dú)立提出改裝機(jī)臺(tái)的可行性技術(shù)方案并實(shí)施；
6、能熟練應(yīng)用Word、Excel、PPT等辦公軟件；具有一定的寫(xiě)作能力，能熟練輸出工作總結(jié)、匯報(bào)、案例等文檔；
7、英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上，聽(tīng)讀寫(xiě)流暢，沒(méi)有困難；
