Responsibilities:
1. Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers’ requirements 根據(jù)客戶要求研發(fā)關(guān)鍵性工藝或調(diào)整現(xiàn)有工藝配方
2. Define processing and equipment specifications 定義工藝及設(shè)備參數(shù)
3. Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental 評估工藝技術(shù)和方法在生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下的實用性
4. Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods 參與設(shè)備設(shè)計團隊的設(shè)計要求審核以確保工藝方法的可行性和通用性
5. Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications 通過收集和評估測試數(shù)據(jù)來決定設(shè)備在工藝或材料參數(shù)方面所能達到的極限
6. Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing 開發(fā)新工藝概念和方法

Requirements:
1. PhD in applied chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering and material science 應用化學、物理化學、化學工程、材料學專業(yè)博士畢業(yè)生
2. Strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and integrated process flow 了解半導體制造和集成的工藝流程
3. Be able to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision 能獨立夠解決復雜的工藝和設(shè)備工程問題
4. Good at English writing and reading 較好的英語讀寫技能
5. Good communication skill and strong team spirit 擅長溝通，具有團隊精神
6. Self motivated, proactive and hardworking 積極主動，工作刻苦
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize 能合理安排并處理多項任務(wù)
