3. 制定和優(yōu)化工藝流程

4. 芯片的測試調試




1. Provide the pixel spec based on the product requirement

2. Responsible for pixel layout design, device simulation and optical simulation

3. Responsible for process flow formulation and optimization

4. Responsible for chip testing and debugging




崗位要求：

1. 理工背景，微電子、半導體材料、物理、化學等相關專業(yè)本科及以上；

2. 半導體行業(yè)領域3年以上經驗，熟悉CMOS工藝者優(yōu)先；

3. 了解layout和器件，光學仿真軟件者優(yōu)先。

4. 了解像素評估方法者優(yōu)先；

5. 具有良好的英文表達，交流和寫作能力；                                                             

6. 較強的溝通表達能力和學習能力，自我管理能力強，能嚴格要求自己。




1. Science and engineering background, bachelor degree  or above in microelectronics, semiconductor materials, physics and chemistry is preferred

2. More than 3 years experience in semiconductor industry, familiar with CMOS process is preferred

3. Knowledge of candence, device and optical simulation software is a plus   

4. Knowledge of pixel estimation methods is a plus                                   

5. Good command of English in presentation, communication and writing   

6. Strong communication skills and learning ability, self-management ability, can be strict with themselves
