1. Provide the pixel spec based on the product requirement

2. Responsible for pixel layout design, device simulation and optical simulation

3. Responsible for process flow formulation and optimization

4. Responsible for chip testing and debugging




崗位要求：

1. 理工背景，微電子、半導(dǎo)體材料、物理、化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士?jī)?yōu)先；

2. 半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)領(lǐng)域5年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉CMOS工藝，有像素設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3. 熟悉layout軟件；      

4. 熟悉器件和光學(xué)仿真軟件者優(yōu)先；                                                                                       

5. 熟悉像素評(píng)估方法者優(yōu)先；                    

6. 具有良好的英文表達(dá)，交流和寫作能力；                                                       

7. 較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力，自我管理能力強(qiáng)，能嚴(yán)格要求自己。




1. Science and engineering background, master degree in microelectronics, semiconductor materials, physics and chemistry is preferred

2. More than 5 years experience in semiconductor industry, familiar with CMOS process, experience in pixel design is preferred

3. Familiar with candence software

4. Familiar with device and optical simulation software is preferred

5. Familiar with pixel evaluation method is preferred 

6. Good command of English in presentation, communication and writing   

7. Strong communication skills and learning ability, self-management ability, can be strict with themselves
