Summary Job Description:
-The candidate will be responsible for CMOS RF and analog circuit design, testing and debug for wireless communication systems such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.
-Design CMOS RF/analog blocks circuits such as LNA, Mixer, PA, filter etc. in nm technology.
-RFIC test and debug.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Documentation and report 1 Master degree or above, Electrical engineering 2 At least 5 years’ experience in RF/Analog circuit design 3 Successful tape out experience on RF design is must.
-RF design experience with nanometer CMOS technology is must.
-Well known of RF test equipment and measurement techniques.
-Well known on Cadence tools including specter RF, ultra-sim, virtuoso, and Caliber LVS/DRC/PEX, etc.
-Self-motivated emphasis on teamwork, schedule, plan and delivery.
-EM simulation experience is preferred.
