崗位職責(zé):
- Understand test requirements, methodologies & develop test solutions on ATE platforms.
- Adopt both native ATE environment and customized software architecture, as applicable, in test program development
- Knowledge of AC/DC tests implementation on ATE and validation.
- Explore, develop and validate test pattern generation/conversion tools.
- Bring up, qualify & fan-out developed test programs to test and characterization teams
- Standardize test methods & implementations across different ATE platforms and programs
- Communicate/Cooperate effectively with US counterparts, product groups & other support groups
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (Manager) Able to provide supervisory role for technical staff.
