Job Descriptions:
- Innovation of new technology, new process and new product development
- Drive projects in improving product quality, improving process efficiency and reducing cost.
- Coordinate with product development, project management in worldwide and running the technology development projects smoothly and timely.
- Align with industry to ensure company process and technology up to competing level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, experienced in assembly process, material development, PKG reliability standard.
- Experienced in SPC, FMEA, APQP, DOE tools, project management skill.
- 5~8 years work experience in packaging engineering ,development or semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with dry etching knowledge is preferred .
- Good English communication skill.
