工作描述：
1. 負責(zé)為Verisilicon的PPU和VIP設(shè)計、開發(fā)和維護應(yīng)用于AI的編譯器，以支持異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)對AI的加速，包括CPU。
2. 分析編譯器所產(chǎn)生代碼，提出編譯器優(yōu)化方案。
3. 與硬件和架構(gòu)部門、系統(tǒng)軟件部門密切合作，理解硬件和軟件的需求，從編譯器角度參與硬件和軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。
職位要求：
1. 碩士及以上學(xué)歷，計算機或數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 扎實的C/C++編程能力和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和算法知識。
3. 優(yōu)秀的線性代數(shù)知識。
4. 熟悉AI計算流圖以及各個算子。
5. 至少一年編譯器開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，有編譯器優(yōu)化方法實際開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者更佳。
6. 熟悉開源AI編譯器，比如XLA/TVM/GLOW等更佳。
7. 富有事業(yè)心和團隊合作精神，溝通表達能力良好。
Responsibilities:
1. To support AI acceleration of heterogeneous system, you'll be responsible for designing/implementing/maintaining the AI compiler for the Verisilicon PPU and VIP, including CPU.
2. Analyze the compiler generated code, provide compiler optimization solution.
3. Working closely with hardware/architecture engineering and software teams to understand the hardware and software requirements. You'll influence the hardware architecture and software system design as part of your work on compiler.
Requirements:
1. Master or above degree in CS.
2. Strong C/C++ programming skills and solid knowledge of data structure and algorithm.
3. Excellent knowledge of linear algebric.
4. Familiar with AI computational graph and its operator.
5. Experience on compiler development, true development on optimizations of compiler will be a strong plus.
6. Familiarity with open-source AI compiler, such as XLA/TVM/GLOW, etc.
7. Self motivated, team work, and good communication are a must.
