? Key responsibilities
1. Create effective go-to-market plans in focused vertical market segments to support China West
Area revenue growth.
2. Create, launch and execute effective solutions, sales and marketing programs in vertical segment
to achieve revenue plan.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, marketing, product lines and
channel partners to execute segment sales marketing plan to meet desired business targets.
4. Deep understanding of segment development trend, technical trend, investment trend and keep
good relationship with leading customers in focused segments.
5. Responsible for effectiveness measurements and continuous improvement of programs.
? Job requirements
1. Has a solid understanding of the Test & Measurement market and of the products sold into this market.
2. Solid proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, experience in education market
is preferred.
3. Experience in launching new products and solutions, enabling sales channels and delivering desired
commercial results.
4. Highly result oriented, Creative mentality, Strong team player.
5. Engineering Degree qualified, preferably Electronic Engineering.
6. Mandarin and English language, both written and verbal, essential.
7. Able to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization, with a confident and enthusiastic
manner and a strong motivation to succeed.
8. Willing and able to travel frequently.
9. Base in Chengdu.
