職位描述

This position will be responsible for working with external customers, internal teams and global counterparts to manage and expand the technical sales of PHYTEC products. The ideal Technical Sales Engineer is a self-starter, attentive to detail, and possesses a strong degree of ownership while working both independently and within the PHYTEC organization.
With a parent company in Germany, PHYTEC is engaged in the development, sales, technical support and marketing of industrial computer products. We support customers throughout most of Asian country from our Shenzhen location.

Functions/Responsibilities
Solicit and parse complex technical requirements from new and existing customers and align these needs with product and service offerings from PHYTEC 獲取并分析客戶的復雜技術要求,提供與之匹配的PHYTEC解決方案-包括產品,服務,商務等。
Establish and maintain sales forecasting data 建立并維護銷售預估數據
Represent PHYTEC at industry events and trade shows;  代表PHYTEC參加行業(yè)活動及展會;
Utilize PHYTEC's “best practice” processes and tools; contribute to continuous process improvements;不斷學習使用并優(yōu)化PHYTEC的“實踐最優(yōu)”的流程及工具
Generate and qualify leads by depicting the value of PHYTEC products and services to prospective and existing customers. 通過向潛在或現有客戶介紹PHYTEC產品及服務的實際價值開發(fā)銷售線索,并對線索進行評估篩選及跟進
Serve as general point of contact for customer RFQs and Purchase Order submittal, including review of Purchase and Sales documents . 作為面向客戶的統一聯絡接口,對接客戶的咨詢,采購訂單,合同等需求處理。
Use CRM, ERP and other tools to maintain operational relations with customers, including management of discrete and blanket orders, buffer stock and delivery releases against requested dock dates, demand forecasting. 使用CRM,ERP和其它工具維護與客戶的業(yè)務關系,根據訂單及需求預測管理訂單,buffer庫存及訂單交付等。
Liaison with Supply Chain to align customer demand with supply of product from manufacturers 與供應鏈部門協作,保障客戶需求及產品供應的匹配。
Liaison with Field Application Engineering and Project Devlopper as needed for deeper technical engagement with customers 協調FAE及項目研發(fā)工程師處理進行深層的技術交流

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field 電子工程或相關專業(yè)
Deep domain experience and a record of success in supporting customers and sales engagements in the following technical areas: IoT, Intellegent Hardware, Distirbuted Fied bus system, Radio Frequency, Sensor and Actuators, Microcontrollers and processors, including DSP, Safety/Security. 在以下技術領域具備支持客戶或者銷售方面的經驗或者成功經歷: 物聯網,智能硬件,分布式總線系統(CAN, EtherCAT, profibus等),無線通訊(WIFi/BLE, 蜂窩通訊等),傳感器及執(zhí)行器,微機及處理器,DSP,安全及加密技術。
Deep understanding of technical product datasheets, drawings and specifications; the ability to use this knowledge to respond to customer Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other customer inquiries 可以較深入地理解產品技術規(guī)格書,工程圖紙和規(guī)格,以響應客戶的技術方案需求以及其它咨詢
2+ years of experience working in technical sales or the engineering field 2年以上銷售經驗或者技術開發(fā)經驗,
Knowledge of vertical markets including: automation, security, power, oil and gas,medical and general embedded applications 具備以下垂直行業(yè)的行業(yè)知識:自動化,安全,電力,能源等通過嵌入式應用行業(yè)。
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 熟練使用M.S. office
Experience with CRM software and collaboration tools 使用過CRM軟件及協作工具
Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required 必要時需國內或者國際出差
Proven history of managing multiple projects and activities 具備同時管理多個項目的成功經驗
Ability to quickly understand end customer products and applications 可以快速理解客戶的產品及應用
