As a Payroll analyst at Micron you will responsible to generate the company payroll, time management, tax, stock, insurance and housing fund. You will meet government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Payroll
Manage payroll process and ensure employee are paid accurately and on a timely basis.
Familiar with China law to ensure compliance in all statutory contributions and filings
Troubleshoot system errors and evaluate impacts. Perform system testing to ensure data integrity.
Perform documented controls (such as SOX, RBA)
Time management
Process and verify Time and Attendance record through payroll system
Annual calendar planning, public holiday management.
Analysis the time and attendance record for business need
Tax
Process China IIT withholding and filing to government
Foreign employee tax management
Disable employment fund management
Local government talent reward management
Social Insurance and housing fund

Manage social insurance and housing fund process and ensure the compliance.
Manage out-sourced social insurance & housing fund vendor to perform the accuracy.
Analysis the benefit information for business need.
Internal, External Relationships and Projects

Manage Internal and External Relationships
Identify, troubleshoot customer reported errors and provide resolution to customers
Build relationships, and credibility, with Micron team members and supervisors
Maintain on-going relationships with other Departments (i.e., Accounting, Treasury, other HR Departments)
Ensure Payroll and Time contents on HR portal are updated promptly and accurately

1~3 years of compensation, benefit and payroll related experience.
Familiar with China labor laws and tax regulation.
Good at improving work flow, logical thinking and analysis, coordinate and communicate across functions.
Fluency in English communication skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Be enthusiastic on Payroll and Time policy and analysis.
SAP and Workday Payroll and Time system knowledge is a bonus.
