As a Field Applications Engineer at Melexis, you will build strong technical expertise on the Melexis products & solutions in order to ensure the professional technical support to our customers and participate to the business development.
More specifically, you will

• To team work with Melexis Sales Team and product lines for driving project Design IN and Design WIN through creating technical and business values.   
  • 通過與銷售和產(chǎn)品線的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，為客戶和團(tuán)隊(duì)在技術(shù)支持、創(chuàng)新以及商務(wù)上帶來價(jià)值，以推動項(xiàng)目的Design IN和Design WIN。
• To provide professional technical supports to customers in the field by building up the technical expertise of Melexis solutions & products and customers’ applications.
  • 學(xué)習(xí)并精通Melexis的產(chǎn)品和方案，以及針對客戶的具體應(yīng)用，為客戶提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持。
• Cooperate closely with Product Lines of to create/provide the best fitting Melexis products & solutions by deep understanding of products and the application in customer systems to meet customer design requirements and solve technical issues.
  • 對客戶的系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用深入了解，跟產(chǎn)品線緊密合作，給客戶提供最合適（高性價(jià)比）的產(chǎn)品和方案，從而滿足客戶的設(shè)計(jì)需求以及解決客戶相關(guān)的技術(shù)問題。
• Collect the information of technical trends, new product needs and common problems in the market, feedback to product line to create value for company product roadmap.
  • 收集并總結(jié)客戶及市場的技術(shù)趨勢、新產(chǎn)品需求、以及常出現(xiàn)的問題，及時(shí)反饋給產(chǎn)品線，為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
• Provide technical training and supports to distributors, especially distributor FAEs. Follow up with distributor FAEs for key ongoing projects.
  • 對代理商尤其是代理商的FAE（現(xiàn)場技術(shù)應(yīng)用工程師）進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和支持。跟代理商FAE一起對關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行追蹤，并推動項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，最終贏的項(xiàng)目。
• Actively support technical exhibition and public & online seminar with both technical expertise, system applications, and technical market trends.
  • 積極支持公司組織的公開展覽、技術(shù)研討、線上研討會等各種活動，并為此提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持，包含技術(shù)知識、系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用、市場技術(shù)趨勢等。

• An engineering bachelor with 5-year or master degree with 3-year working experience in an electrical engineering field, experience of AE or FAE with similar solution and product design/application will be preferred, micro-semiconductor design experience is plus as well.
• Good and fast learning capability is needed as fundamental.
• Software experience is a plus.
• Good English capability of communicating, reading, and writing
• Ability to summarize difficult technical issues in a simple and clear way
• Willingness to travel
