職位描述
Job description (job content):
- To generate sales for major key account
o To implement assigned annual sales budget
o Drive and develop ST ICs/components opportunities in key customer
0 Follow up various energy programs in key customer
o Daily sales support key customer in Shenzhen and Wuhan site
o Daily follow up on various customer system
- To develop business relations with customers:
o Promoting ST image
o Introduce STs product portfolio to customers locally.
o Coordinating pricing, payment, quality, delivery issues
o Coordinating with customer and division for regular conference call or meeting
o Follow up on customer business systems
- To implement sales strategy
o Push for customer order coverage and backlog management
o Contribute to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share
o To coordinate annual contract pricing with customer
o To provide the regular report of customer status for management review
Profile (candidate's skills):
- Master degree in EE major
- CET 6 proficiency in English
- Self-initiative and disciplinary character
- Technical background on analog is preferred
- Willing to work under pressure and after work conference call with Europe due to time difference between China and Europe
- Regular visit / travel to customer in different regions of China
