1.Responsible for Motor control Solution or FW simulation Model established and
management on Simulation software platform
2.Responsible for Theory research on motor control which including Literature query, patent query and existed solution analysis
3.design new solutions, and develop related firmware, to address in-application critical phases
4.Responsible for Lab works which including Function test, performance analysis and benchmark vs competitors, EMI test
Profile (candidate's skills):
1.Master degree: automatic control, motor drives, power electronics, or other related
majors.
2.Well master electrical machinery
3.Well master automatic control theory and modern control theory
4.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor / Induction motor and control methods
5.Power Electronics
6.problem solving, learn new technologies
7.embedded firmware coding (C language), aligning with specifications and code
versioning tools
8.Teamwork spirit
9.Mathematical modeling skills, award in Electronic Design Contest is a plus
